Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith and the art of translating our feelings

I've admired Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith's work for several years now, since 2017's remarkable The Kid. But nothing's ever hit me quite the way her new album does. It's definitely out of any comfort zone I might have when it comes to writing. How to describe an album like Let's Turn It Into Sound? Well, I am still not entirely sure, and that's what's so exciting about it. I gave it a shot though. My interview with Kaitlyn is published on The Line of Best Fit today.

Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith is of sound, mind and body
On Let’s Turn It Into Sound, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith extends an invitation to work through conflicting perspectives. She talks to Best Fit about the art of translating our feelings.
